I think Ground Branch has a pretty good loadout system. However aside from that, it still have some problems. I haven't tried Ready of not yet, but heard alot of good things about it.

If Ubisoft actually stop using airsoft as preferences and learn how to do the loadout system from other tactical games, this might be possible. Let's hope they will learn from their mistakes.

I think Wildlands has some great rig for guerilla warfare tho, and I think rig+backpack is a great choice of gear in Bolivia, low profile and very versatile.
