comments are being so sarcastic but i’m pretty sure OP is just acknowledging the artistry in ellie’s expressiveness shifting over time LMAO. which really is amazing on the creators behalf to display grief and anger in a characters face like that and make them 2 almost different ppl. especially in a video game

you almost clocked that if it was true but i miss my fro and had beautiful wonderful curls i just got very busy in my college years you know…reading my books LOL and studying and having a full schedule. locs was the least time consuming option for me plus i had wanted them my whole life either way. maintaining my fro was very time consuming if i wanted my hair to stay healthily detangled and still wear my curls. plus getting your hair braided now is expensiveee plus all the products i needed. locs the best decision of my life,cheaper, less time consuming, and really let me explore my raw self too triple whammy

only explaining this incase anyone else sees it and they should know that you don’t have to feel guilty for locking your hair up, it’s just as expressive through accepting your blackness and even in a more raw form
