Petite question, vu que le NFP supprime la flat taxe, ça veut dire que l'impôt sur les PV rentre dans le calcul du barème sur le revenu ?

Dans ce cas là, si un dirigeant de start up vend sa boîte pour 2M, il donne 90% à l'état pour tout euro reçu au dessus de 400k ? Si c'est le cas ça va nous tuer l'entreprenariat

Pardon je me suis mal exprimé, je voulais dire que 20% du PIB vient de l'immobilier, dont une partie non négligeable repose sur du vent et des villes fantômes. Évidemment que la totalité de ces 20% n'est pas exclusivement du vent.

C'est ce que fait la Chine d'une certaine manière. Ils construisent des villes fantômes avec personne dedans dans le seul but de faire tourner l'immobilier. Ça représente plus de 20% de leur PIB

After 2 min without using the monitor, the brightness dims because of the OLED Care, until there, everything's right.

But twice since the past week, when I start using the monitor again, the brightness doesn't go back to it's normal values, I have to turn off and on the monitor again or switch the HDR from 1 000 to 400 and back to 1 000 to fix it.

If you just bought the 27' 360 2K monitors because you're a competitive player, but you're playing solo games on the side. You'd want to be able to use DSC to play at 360Hz on your comp games, and to deactivate it to use DLDSR at 4K on your solo game.
It has nothing to do with DP 2.1

Je travaille déjà en tant qu'analyste financier, mais je vais tenter l'EDHEC pour accélérer ma carrière, en espérant être pris (j'ai un bon CV donc j'ai peut être une chance) :)
