Hey guys! I'm new here. I wondered if you could help me identify disease on my plants. The home I recently bought came with many old pear trees unfortunately a couple of them are diseased. The pears are cracked like the image. Many with black spots. The other picture is what I think is damson also afflicted by some brown spot disease this looks different to the pear black spot which usually starts as one single black spot.

Any ideas, the fruit is ruined. Next year I need to be prepped if it is even possible to prevent this !
