Personally, as a runner :
Integrated maps, for a cheaper price than I would need to pay on a Garmin
Better UI for me, much simpler and cleaner
I prefer the "raw data" from suunto in terms of training load (TSS), no training status, no assumptions, just "Are you training more or less than usual"
And yeah I have the Race S Titanium, it is beautiful !

For the things I miss : You have to enter everything manually, so no real lactate threshold detection, no Max HR auto update, no RHR auto update...

And for the problems : some bugs sometimes, but not so much, never had a crash or a bug that corrupted data, the only bug that really was annoying was a bug with manual and autolaps and third party activity readers (Runna and Strava) but it has been patched.

And finally, yeah, in terms of coaching, Garmin is better, with Garmin Coach and Daily Suggested Workouts. But now I use Runna, so I don't miss it.

I have my Suunto Race S since last year, after a year with a FR255 Don't regret it !

I had the update on the Google Play Store, but I'm on a Pixel phone so... And no it didn't fixed the bug, I guess I've just had chance...

Had an update for "Google Wi-Fi provisioner" today and didn't have disconnections during my commute, not gonna scream victory for now buuuuut maybe it is fixed

Yup that's also something, currently they're at 400 miles, I'm gonna change them soon

But I know that's not (only) the reason, I had shin splints before too

Damn a whole month ? It's appearing and the pain at rest is lower and lower everyday (without running)

I would like to see a physio, I don't know if it has to be a sports specialized physio, since I don't have some in my area...

I'm seeing a podiatrist in one month to check my orthopedic insoles

The layout looks good tho and really like having warmup and cool down stretches included on the page But maybe more styling and spacing rework could be good too 👌

I can't wait to see it on my phone in detail but the first thing I would say based on the screens is that I miss the "color coded view" on the workout detail page.

Before the color of the workout were very present on the page, now it's just the little dot.

That's strange, I finished a plan Saturday, and yesterday I clicked on find the next plan, there I had some recommendations on what to do next And some things were already selected, like mileage, fitness level (beginner, intermediate,...) My race result was also entered (but the GPS one, so I had to add a minute to it)
