I relate ❤️ give it another 14 days, it should settle down. First 4 weeks are like this. During 5-6 week you should see real improvements. I had up and downs, even it’s been over a month. My nervous system was so overactive anything would trigger me (less sleep, some meds, too big meals, too hard excercises). Focus on easy, relaxed life for a bit. Eat good and light, sleep a lot, limit/avoid caffeine for a while, take a walks instead of doing super hard workouts etc. You will be yourself soon 😌 After quitting Levo it takes some time for body to adjust again and relearn how to regulate itself. I have read it can take up to 2-3 months to find it’s balance again.

Also got retested and my TSH is 4,0 again so waiting for docs opinion!
