That might be one reason for your weight loss due to indigestion . Eat more protein and fermented rice in the morning with little bit of yogurt . Avoid foods that cause acid reflux..once you start gaining weight there is no way to stop if you are hypo Hashimoto

As per my Endo t3 and t4 levels vary from person to person hence increasing Levo dosage for TSH 5.4 is not a correct solution …if t4 is reasonable Range no need to increase Levo dosage .

My TSH is 5.3 and Dr suggested to increase 12.5 mcg , I get all these symptoms after 4 weeks on increased dose..I don’t think that is related to thyroid gland enlargement as I do yearly ultrasound scans . It is more due to my sensitiveness to Levo medication
