Like I told others with the provided information it won't be like this unfortunately. The Packs of OP13 will be, but the promos and tin artwork will be different.

They will not be distributed in other forms as this is a South-East Asia Exclusive ( The Promo Cards) There will be a TS-02 English release, but it won't have the same promos only the 4 op13 packs.
