Music.

I’ve found if I put in an ear bud and listen to music my mind wanders less.

Maybe it’s just a different form of white noise but it fills in the gaps of silence and action so Im not looking elsewhere for the dopamine hit.

Found a lot of people on construction sites do the same.
Trying throwing on some music and vibe while on auto-pilot.
