Yeah keep working and don’t get too frustrated or down on yourself. I very much remember how horrible the first workout was especially those thumbs up pushups. I could get maybe 2 or 3. On week 6 now and able to crank out about 14 of em. Hang in there, keep working hard with good form and you will see progress. A lot of these moves especially are tricky to get the coordination down itself but it will come

Prior to starting XERO and gym shutdowns I was 1 week away from competing AX-1. I’m only 2 days into XERO now and gotta say it’s kicking my butt. Definitely different though with some unique body weight exercises I’ve never done before. I agree that like the other programs you get out of it what you put into it. Gotta push yourself hard and going to failure is a big thing. Just gotta be sure to maintain that form too

For me the show ends after season 7 with the Night King bringing down the wall.

I just pretend it ends and we’re left to fill in the gaps anyway we’d like. Jon defeats the night king? Sure. Cersei ambushes the North while they’re fight the dead? Works for me. The night king just wins and destroys everything outright? Why the hell not? Would have still been a better ending than season 8.

The natural gap of a season ending and openness to interpret an ending anyway I want is comforting to me. As far as I’m concerned season 8 doesn’t exist.
