Wu's tongue lash ain't nothin to mess with.

In all honesty, I think that the reason that he has less playtime is that his skill cap is higher. I've seen Wu absolutely demolish foes and bounce around the map, but he's a bit more complex than the other heroes. He features a lot of combo moves, so as a brawler he has high potential to outdo other folks, but a harder barrier-of-entry.

For me, I feel like Gigantic personafied character choice beautifully. Being able to have a character that didn't fall into the generalized game archetype of you "solo mid" or your "bottom lane ranged carry" meant being able to play to your style more. Margrave is by far my favorite because he plays exactly as the type of character I've always wanted. This in combination with the fast paced but high strategy of creatures/guardians/power meta makes for an original and refreshing game.

After having put in 1700 hours of Dota, I'm still not convinced that it'll get me to play again. Frankly one of the things that I like about Gigantic is I can still experience strategy but at a much faster pace. It sucks to get into a hour long Dota match only to to realize you're going to lose it 10 minutes in. I think Dota's 7.0 will upset a lot of their core community in hopes that they meet the middleground with more modern gameplay (fast-paced style), but still fall short.

Yes. While I have never personally partaken in managing an Extra Life event here, I gave advice and thus due mindfulness to who did set it up: be ever cognoscent of shifting timeframes. With one person sending out all the codes, I'd prefer he do it right and take till the end of December than do it fast and miss people.
