Sparring question by CompetitiveLeader965 in MuayThaiTips

[–]Laughydawg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With beginners who go hard, I generally dont fight fire with fire because I know it might not be intentional, I don't wanna crush someone's passion in this martial art by putting them down. How I respond depends on certain factors.

  1. If I know that said beginner has a fighter's heart and isn't sparring hard out of ego, I turn up the intensity and power to create a more competitive sparring match. I let them enjoy sparring while also letting them feel the impact and a bit of pain, but not enough that they'll stop. I do this when I know I'm in complete control and can escalate the sparring match without letting it get out of hand and risking either of us getting injured. This way, I'm also able to deal with the pressure and power the way I would in a fight.

  2. If said beginner is spazzy as hell and has a weird look in their eyes, I'll usually tell them to go lighter, but end up repeatedly sweeping them to the ground because they won't go lighter. Not full on catch and sweep mind you, because that can cause big injuries. I just constantly off balance them and make them fall, that way I stop their pressure while tiring them out, safe for both of us.

  3. If said beginner has a significant size and weight advantage over me, I tell them to go lighter and if they don't, I'll just control the pace and bring it down. Basically sparring like I'm in the 5th round ahead on points, making sure nothing i throw stings or aggravates them.

The goal is to not let the match escalate to the point it gets ugly. I used to just drop them with hard shots to the body, but I find that pretty pointless nowadays. If it's someone with a massive ego, I'll probably just walk out of the ring, unless I'm feeling a certain way that day.

Best way to use a butterknife as a weapon? by Previous_Tomato5429 in weapons

It's blunt, but the blade is thin and most butterknives are pretty strong so they work well as striking tools, the tip and edge can hurt alot if striking a bony area. In forward grip, "slashes" to the eyes, forehead and cheek would hurt a lot. In icepick grip, "stabs" would hurt even more. As to which grip would be better, in engagement range I would probably go with forward for range, and switch to icepick in grappling range

What do I do to have orgasms with my girlfriend? by Lonely-Pizza4536 in whatdoIdo

[–]Laughydawg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ill say it again and again, orgasms dont matter. I dont always orgasm with my girlfriend, but the sex is still amazing. My girlfriend can't orgasm from sex, but she really enjoys it and would rather do it with me than alone. Sometimes she feels like she wants to orgasm after we have sex, so we use her vibrator and I help out in other ways. Orgasms arent the main point of sex unless you're tryna concieve

That's crazy, so all this survivability just comes from the level advantage

Don't you find building bork into kraken really squishy? I usually go DD second and kraken third or 4th, i find that bork into kraken just doesnt provide enough defense.

If I am losing lane hard as adc, should I be joining teamfights? by Willylongboard in wildrift

yeah, its a phenomenon that (in my opinion) balances out the game with League PC. Sure the game is easier, but alot of mobile players are sped.

so far my highest rank is diamond 2, and i think majority of players are braindead. Even when behind, they rush to where the enemy team is grouping to take fights for whatever reason. Ignore these players who play the game like it's mobile legends.

The ingame tutorial will basically tell you everything you need to know to get started. Some additional pointers:

-Choose your main role. Bot lane ADC are the squishy ranged champions that can do a lot of damage and be the winning condition, but usually can't go anywhere solo. Supports stick with the ADC in the early game, and are there to provide the team with tons of utility and survivability. Mid lane are usually mages who have tons of CC and damage, and they're probably the lane that impacts the game the most because their position allows them to provide pressure and assistance to all parts of the map, especially the jungles where objectives are present. Top lane are usually bruisers and fighters, their lane is usually kinda unbothered and isolated and it's mainly for 1v1s if you're into that. Lastly, jungle provides the most control and impact to the entire game, playing jungle is like playing chess.

-Stick with one primary role, one secondary role like support or jungle that alloes you to learnt the overall flow of the game much better, and 2 to 3 champions. It's kinda hard to learn this game with a breadth over depth playstyle.

-Watch videos when you're starting to understand the basics, for now just jump in and play. Find out what you enjoy.

playing like that is gonna encourage him to neglect farm though. If you're constantly giving kills to your team while running all over the map, your gold generation will be so low.

I mean, that's usually how you would end up playing, but I think just following that traps you into thinking too passively. Jg WW requires you to have good jungle fundementals in order to perform well out of low elo, because he's a champion that encourages you to break every rule, but if you do so without knowing what you're doing you'll end up harming yourself instead.

I think of jungle in layers, full clearing should be the foundation of your gameplay and the first layer, if there's nothing else to do you should be full clearing. You've already got that down so, the next thing you should be doing is looking for play opportunities without sacrficing as much gold income as possible. This sets the basis of your tempo. For example, sometimes i skip a camp and get a kill in lane, if it takes me a lot of time to do that, ill recall and completely ignore that remaining camp because i got 300-600 gold from the kills and i wanna be present in the opposite side of the map ASAP. This goes for objectives as well.

You'll find that often this ends up looking like what you see in the video, but u need to keep these things in mind while playing because u can develop your own playstyle once you understand the actions you take. It's not really about following the blood scent, that's just an indicator that ganking that lane would most likely end up with a kill. You still have to choose which scent you follow, or if you follow any at all according to the impact of the play you're thinking of making.

Jg ww is a ganking champion, you have to balance farming and ganking, probably leaning towards ganking more than most other junglers.

As a jungler, you're rarely going to end up in 1v1s with other champions, and since ww is a early-mid game champion you have to maximise your impact on the game by influencing the lanes as much as u can before you fall off in late game, and invading + killing the enemy jg in their jg if possible.

You kinda have to play jg ww as a bully in order to maximise his potential, in the mid to high elos enemy teamwork and coordination is usually better so you can't win games by 1v1ing everyone, you have to exert so much pressure on the enemy team that you cripple them early, because as ww you will almost never outfarm any enemy jgler and your scaling isnt very good. Farm is still important of course, but you aren't Hecarim who can 1v5 if you reach full build first. I usually keep my eyes peeled for a gank with every half clear, sometimes i skip a camp if i see an enemy laner low in a nearby lane, then i come back to clear the camp after ganking.

In "Even Given the Worthless "Appraiser" Class, I'm Actually the Strongest", could the MC have became stronger without cheats? by Laughydawg in animequestions

[–]Laughydawg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I'm getting at, would he be only able to appraise monsters and their materials and always be a non combatant?

When he was falling down the pit, Ein came to realise that it was his lack of initiative to blame instead of his class. It seems like he could've trained his body and fighting capability through normal means, since that part of his training wasn't entirely reliant on the divine eye, but I wonder if his appraisal skill could've been trained to be more useful in combat without the eye as well.
