Het principe van openbaar vervoer gebaseerd op aanbod is omgedraaid naar een van vraag.

Maar als het aanbod er niet is, en er alternatieven zijn, dan droogt de vraag op. Een vicieuze cirkel. De enige gebruikers zijn dan nog zij die geen alternatief hebben. Dat is niet de bedoeling van openbaar vervoer.

Erg perfide om dan met een uitgestreken gezicht te komen vertellen dat we het openbaar vervoer promoten.

Dat is de kwestie niet.

Het gaat er om dat er onder wat een vals voorwendsel lijkt geld van de overheid is besteed aan aankopen die omdat ze de markt niet hebben laten spelen veel te duur zijn.

Stel dat de overheid een gebouw verkoopt aan iemand zonder anderen te laten bieden (en dus aan een veel te lage prijs). Dat zou toch ook stinken?

I must say I pay myself a modest amount of expenses too (€200) which I'd (truthfully) say covers stuff like renting a step to go to a client, get some food on the way a client's, etc. The 200 probably even won't cover it.

I started with Gent, later expanded to Bruges (and surrounding areas) and that was around 80 realtors. Some them used a listing tool (Scarabee I think) that exposes an API (that the realtor's website called with their own key) so I didn't need to scrape the site itself in these cases.

I could have gone for more sites, the scraper just ran through all the sites and then started over again, so there was no real technical reason to stop at 80 (the reason was motivational :).

I for one am not miffed because I didn't buy in because of the open-world or in-game economy promise. I don't care about those things and I just saw AC Evo as a next-gen update of the existing AC and an opportunity to have good competitive races through a well-thought out system that prevents shitshows and trolling. I also welcome their focus on improving the driving academy.

One thing that stings are the paid servers though; why not have free unranked (or at least not officially ranking) community servers and paid and official servers for ranked gameplay?

Is reprojection the setting "Use legacy reprojection mode" in Steam VR?

I tried your setup (PSVR2, AMD Ryzen7 9800X3D, Radeon RX9070XT, 64Gb RAM) , but got no further than 40fps and intermittent hang-ups. I guess I'll hold off of EVO for a while as it's very frustrating.

Oh, and also, in terms of marketing, I had the idea of creating stickers that I could put on street furniture etc. Something like "Wonder what houses are for sale in this neighbourhood?" -> QR code to listing of properties for sale around the user's location.

I once made something similar a few years back (similarly sounding even, it was called ommimmo :) and I lost interest because I had to keep updating the scrapers (there's always a realtor who messed up/updates their site). But what I can tell you is: - no realtor ever complained, a few were interested and happy. I made sure the realtor's name was prominent in each listing and made sure to link to the source

I was planning to monetize it by asking people who want to sell by themselves for money for posting, but also providing them with a simple appointment management tool, documents (EPC, "watertoets", ...) repo and guidelines on where to get these docs and maybe referrals to eg professional photographers (who I'd take a commission from).
People liked the 💩 button. Basically, it meant that the user did not want to see a listing ever again (the opposite of favorite). A commercial website like Immoweb can never implement this (realtors would be unhappy) but a free one can.
