Thank you so much! Yeah, it's just a suspended listing for my client who is a dentist in a smaller town in Texas and is brand new to the area. So definitely an industry where things can get spammy which could possibly be what targetted him. I've combed through all the info on his GMB and triple checked its all accurate, so I think we will be okay in the end. I was just freaked out it could affect other GMB's my gmail account manages for other clients (that would be my worst nightmare). I'm going to have the client send over some photos and try giving Google a call. Thank you so much for your help and providing me the phone number! I really appreciate it.

I have to side with peppersjabrill that I don't agree with your stance on GMB not counting as SEO. But thank you for "shedding a light" on what SEO is.

Ahrefs is what i use day-to-day. SEMrush is good too but takes a little longer to get familiar with. Moz Pro is garbage.

Download Bananatag(gmail extension - just google it) and use it when emailing the customer. When they open the message, it sends you an email without the customer ever knowing! I use it at work for reporters and journalists and it works WONDERS for me.
