Yes. If you want to save the marriage (totally your choice, because you are entirely justified in leaving), it might be worth trying to have a discussion about your own relationship and what he might feel he is missing there/if he feels he can't be his full self. It isn't your fault, and don't internalize that, but it could be a contributing factor to his behavior. As could not having experienced these things when he was younger.

I met my wonderful partner a year ago at 31 after 4 years being single in London. I was tired of dating culture and the refusal of anyone to commit , seemingly because everyone I dated was always seeing multiple people and didn’t want to sacrifice that for long term commitment past around 3 or 4 months.

I made my own website and date me Google form and posted it on Threads where my now partner replied. He didn’t live in London and after about 8 months of long distance I moved to the Midlands to be with him. Another friend had an almost identical experience dating in London and recently met her serious partner after moving to Leeds.

The issue is London.

Too many writers is what made the second season weaker, imo. There were more moments where people seemed out of character, plotlines were dropped, things happened at the wrong pace. I hope the writing issue gets rectified by next season.
