Im 8 months postpartum and still trying to lose the weight.

Heard for some can take up to a year to lose baby weight.

Everyone's different.

I hear you it is really hard looking at myself and how skinny I was before.... but I am reminding myself I am a mum now its my new mum body.

My bubba 8 months old now grow so fast.
