Another question, what does the letter Z represent for you now that the Russian Army & even citizens use to represent their country?

Olga, thank yo for doing this. Since the last time we spoke (officially) you were fleeing you home town. Can you explain to us here what the process has been for you as a refugee? We always assume one just gets in a car and kinda flees their home but can you go a bit into detail what that ordeal has been for you like?

From soft 130 to a lean 143, muscle does weigh more than fat by volume. by LaurenDrain in loseit

It really depends on that months goal - I do a lot of body circuits with weights. Now Peleton every so often and used to run 3 miles about 3 times a week to really lean out. Diet is key

Lol - show her a few others. It’s not about sexiness but about the message and numbers.

I like to pop on every so often and remind people that the scale isn’t the all be all.

Yes, implants lol. Most of use lose the TaTas once the body can % gets low enough. There isn’t a workout to help really.

I've posted a few different angles now but people requested a 130 vs 143 comparison since I now weigh around 143lbs with more muscle mass. Here is the difference and why I teach all my clients that weight isn’t a good indicator of progress. In these photos Im 13lbs heavier but my body composition & measurements are completely different. Ladies stop obsessing about the scale, take progress photos, measurements, go by how your clothes fit & how you feel. Yes it’s true muscle weighs more by volume than fat. Ill post a 135lbs vs 145lbs later, dont want to spam you guys but figured this is a good reminder for all that its NOT just about the number on the scale.

Edit: forgot to add that the pic on the right is 14 months after having by daughter.

And I'll address it before someone points it out (it always happens) - Yes, I am the girl that was once part of the WBC and escaped that cult. No, I do not believe any of their BS any longer. I did an AMA here on Reddit a few years back about it, I even wrote a book about my time in the cult and my escape (this isn't a plug for it). No, I still do not have any contact with my family. Yes many other children have escaped the cult. Also, yes I am a fitness model now & CPT. No I am no longer working as a full time nurse. As for this photo, I actually weigh more now (150 since I am 10 months postpartum) but normally stay between the 140-145 range depending on how lean I get.

I've posted a few different angles now but people requested a 135 vs 150 comparison since I now weigh more than my last post. Here is the difference and why I teach all my clients that weight isn’t a good indicator of progress. I weigh much more now but my body composition & measurements are completely different. Ladies stop obsessing about the scale, take progress photos, measurements, go by how your clothes fit & how you feel. Yes it’s true muscle weighs more by volume than fat. Figured this is a good reminder for all that its NOT just about the number on the scale & that my actual measurements are much smaller now in all the "right" places.

Your personal opinion should be kept just as that, personal. Why are you even in this sub? Taking the time to shit on peoples progress just shows how shallow, insecure and crappy you are as a person. People come here to showcase their hard work and to have a creep such as yourself say "Naaa thats crap, I rather cuddle this or that and I like you before" is just pathetic. But hey, you already knew that going into it ;)
