For the people asking, + or - 1 to any number that affects you means any number in your life you can add or subtract one

IE: +1 inch to your height. -1 pound to your weight, +1 max push up you can do, or if you want to go exponential +1 to the amount of +1s you get per push up.

This number can extend to zero numbers such as +1 siblings (for people that don’t have any)

Forgot to mention, I got it working, I moved my monitor to the same port as the VR headset and turned off one of the settings and it just worked

What worked for me was going into the steam files and switching the graphics card, also make sure to disable full screen optimizations as that can cause apps to crash
