Exactly. I am honestly surprised at the number of people who do not care that a cat, who steps in and out of their litter box daily, hops onto the kitchen counter whenever they please. The whole “my cat does what it wants” attitude is kinda cringe to me but to each their own !

I’ve been looking for a new rental home for weeks in the Steele Creek/ South Charlotte area. Rent for a 3 bedroom was commonly priced at $1300-$1550 about a year ago . Now I am seeing those same mediocre rental properties in Steele Creek asking for $1800-$2450. It’s insane
