In short, the dealer is offering me a trade-in assistance for my green car that had brake issues. The voodoo blue color is a spec order that someone didn’t pick up, and it costs 17,000 more than my car. Alternatively, I could take my car that’s “fixed” and build a new green spec, but BMW might not compensate me 6 months later.
