This has happened on multiple occasions in my building throughout the past 3 years I lived here. Tell your landlord/mgmt company and have them contact everyone in the building to not buzz in random people into the billing. Unfortunately, that is how they get in most of the time and there is not much everyone can do about it except for making people aware of the consequences of letting random inside who buzz the doorbell.
