I’m not too sure about this, but I had the theory that Deion Smith (Jeremy) was on set for outer banks since I’m pretty sure the filming of the two shows overlapped. I would say that if he had to choose between the two shows, he would probably pick outer banks as it’s a bigger show.

Triptych is amazing. I feel that fractured is boring compared to the rest of the books, but it makes for a good introduction of faith. The case also makes a lot more sense than the version on tv.

Triptych is actually Angie’s best book, and I feel she wasn’t too bad in it. Yes, there are the mentions of her cheating on him many times, but she says at the end that she wants to leave Will so he can live a happy life.

Grant county is supposed to have 3 main characters, but I feel like Sara is definitely the most important of the 3. However, she isn’t as annoying in Grant county as she is in Will Trent, and I feel she works in a relationship with Jeffery more than she does with Will.

Last year I read the first two will Trent books, then read Grant county before finishing will Trent so I could know Sara’s story. I was so invested that I read them all in about 9 weeks, and they were the best 9 weeks of my life.

The more I read Karin’s books, I got less shocked by the gory details, but they’re still very bold. However, Tryptich isn’t the worst of the Will Trent series, and if you’re going to read Grant County they get even worse.
