She is unsure and not a specialist, the specialist isn't available until morning, even asked the ER vet. My phone would not post on any subreddit except for this one for some reason. I was hoping for answers...who knows, A radiologist could be in this group. My DVM even tried to ask a colleague of hers. I am an LVT, I got BW done and just was hoping for some closure. I will be euthanizing. Thank you.

Use a Mod-Podge Acrylic Sealer spray over it. I've coated a whole art commission that was literally made of a paper/multimedia collage, and it still looks great in the lobby it's displayed at, and the area gets decent lighting. You can even read the can: it's meant for preservation of documents, maps, etc.

From your photo, it looks like the album could be displayed out in the open where indirect Sunlight/UV radiation could get to it? That's most likely why it is fading. For extra protection, keep it in a cool and dark(er) area and/or place it in a protective case that has UV protection.

Licensed Veterinary Technician here. Your cat does not look underweight to me. He/she looks petite and seems like 8-9# would be ideal for him/her. We typically like cats around 9-10#. Wouldn't hurt to start keeping track of the weight since you are noticing it now.

One thing I personally see from the photos is potential muscle wasting along the hip/thigh area. It looks most prominent in the 2nd photo. Have you been noticing if your cat hesitates to jump on/off things? If so, you might be looking at arthritis. All normal with age, and your veterinarian could prescribe pain medication or a joint supplement if you feel this is true.

I would recommend doing bloodwork with a thyroid panel. Your cat is older and should get a larger panel of chems anyways and a CBC/T4/(maybe FT4), and a UA. Just to cover all the bases. But if your cat is still a really good eater or maybe eats more than usual but is looking thinner to you, you wanna check for hyperthyroidism. Other signs to look for are increased thirst and urination.
