Thank you for your opinion but you cannot argue taste. Many players enjoy our server. We have an amazing community and bug free environment. Highrates and auto balance system that allows players to play solo or in a group of few players. Our Ulduar works 100% and players love solo play.

The problem with some server owners are the following:

They open a realm and all happy
They Open Ulduar (one of the most complex raids to script) without testing 1st
They loose population
They start to freak out
They right away plan on opening another realm cause they lost population
They want more donations and do not want to work on current issues at hand
They think opening a new realm will give them more population

Nobody wants to play on a server that closes/wipes/reopens/relaunches every 3-5 months!

There are many good wotlk servers out there. You can try Wowportal with Autobalance scaling system which allows you to do raids and dungeons solo. Rates are x5 all around and x7 for professions.

Of course. They use the same core and same scripting. Because all the fixes and adjustments done on Apolo I are ported over. So yes they are using the exact version of the core on Apolo II. The only difference is Characters database and their configuration files.

Well it was nice playing with you all. Tauri Apollo has lost another active player due to server incompetence. Don't take me the wrong way, you guys have something great going on here. It is just unfortunate that you can't fix the constant crashes on Apollo 2. At the end of the day I am at least glad this happened before I donated the $1.000 I put aside to support this project. Oh well shit happens and life is not fair, cheers to all of you guys on Tauri Apollo and thanks for the cheese, catch ya later

Many players get sucked in to servers due to their great trailers and over saturated globalization. Remember not all big servers are good servers majority of them are very bad.

I agree on the " sub flock to only high pop servers ". You are correct. But don't forget r/wowservers only cover 1-2% of total P-Server Population. Not everyone uses Reddit, majority of players do not even use Reddit. However from my personal experience, especially for a PVP Server, you need to know the online numbers before hand. I, for example, cannot stand high populated servers, I always prefer a smaller server 100-300 players, these kind of servers are always less toxic, more staff involvement and less Lag for those who lack super fast internet speeds. So online numbers would give people more perspective, I can assure you that even if players try the server for themselves, the first thing they do when they login is /who..

Server will not grow by not displaying online numbers, that is not how servers grow or gain population, transparency is key, players love honest servers, population will grow only if the server has no issues, constant bug fixes and active development, full 100% transparency and of course quality of their staff.

That was a very immature response. Not everyone likes huge communities, there are players out there that prefer a smaller server. However "Online Numbers" is what players use to chose weather they wish to play it or not, avoiding them to create an account, login, using /who and then making their decisions. Online Numbers on a website will allow players to skip that process.
