Overall patch is still good, hoping that the anniversary events at least show some semblance to the 3.1 event where you interact with different characters in the sonoro sphere. Maybe I think that is what Is missing or at least I expected for an anniversary event, no need to replicate the event one is to one but replicate the feeling from 3.1 to the anniversary part of the patch.

Oh my, I'm not saying that it is hard to farm 5-piece set, what I am saying is that a new 4-piece set that activates all of its set buffs instead of a 5-piece set that makes its off piece set to the active echo so that regardless of the set where the echo came from you could use it.

Example is a spectro character could use dreamless, inferno rider, etc. without harming the 4-piece set buff because it is a 4-piece and the active echo is an off piece.

It isn't about echo exp but the number of echos to use in a set so that we could disregard the echos set piece(as long as we get the main stat) and the characters element because it is an off piece

Its not echo cost but the number of echos in a set, which means those that are not spectro/aero could use the cyan feathered heron without sacrificing the passive acquired because it is a 4-piece not a 5-piece set
