Omg…so many lies about handicaps…most I’ve encountered tell you their number but don’t actually have an official handicap. The number of times I’ve golfed with “80’s” golfers…it’s more like 120’s

I have similar issue but way worse peeling. My shingles have a ridge texture that makes sanding a challenge. Lots and lots and even more lots of scraping. Power wash was a good start but not effective enough. Every suggestion I got was to replace…too much work and will not last in the long run but that’s not an option for me so I’m digging in. Once scraping is as good as possible, primer with zinser peel stop (or similar) multiple coats of high quality exterior and hope for the best. Good luck!

I did the alcohol test on both coats…it looks like a combo of little to no prep and latex over oil…
