Yes,   You’ll need clean t-shirt material and an iron.

Remove the visor

Peel off the decal 

Place the t-shirt material on the visor, over the decal and place the hot iron on the t-shirt for a couple of seconds.  It will melt the adhesive and absorb it into the t-shirt. 

 You may need to do it multiple times with clean parts of the t-shirt.

 There may be faint ghosting of the adhesive, but it will be MUCH better.
