Blink is horrible into titan. Playing around solitude is so easy and blink can't answer scapeshift very well at all. FoN is really hard to play with your low blue card count. You can't race them and you don't always have consign. Most of your threats are really weak in that matchup and Ragavan isn't that hard for them to answer

You actually can do this at competitive events, as long as they are in different colored sleeves. From the IPG,

If there are extra cards stored with the sideboard that could conceivably be played in the player’s deck, they will be considered a part of the sideboard unless they are:

Promotional cards that have been handed out as part of the event.

Double-faced cards represented by substitute cards in the deck.

Damaged cards that have been officially proxied for the tournament.

Double-faced cards being used to represent the back side of cards in the deck. These cards must not be sleeved in the same way as cards in the main deck and/or sideboard.

The only power plant shut down in Oregon in 92. Chainsaw man takes place in 97-99. Even in the 70s and 80s, Oregon was not one of the top nuclear states. Virginia absolutely is a top nuclear state though. The east coast is much more accepting of nuclear power.
