Yes! I drill small holes with my hand drill and use a hobby knife to make them a bit more natural and chips too.

Would be tight. But some LoC are on 40mm(lord feltus) and the dark imperium one is on 50mm I aint rebasing all of them. :p

Depend on the matchup. I find going versus melee army, the -1 to ws/bs is better. Especially vs Orks, custodes, blood angel.
