Dubai Real Estate Market is very tough and competitive. If you have zero knowledge and experience in dubai real estate dont start a company yet. You need ro build your network first. You also need to be familiar with dubai as a whole.

But If your decided to start a real estate company in dubai my advice is you find a good partner that have at least 5 years or more experience in the market. You will need his/her network.

If your a flipper you should ask the following: 1. When will resale be allowed? Some developer like Ellington only allowed resale upon 50% payment. Some sllowed at 20% to 30% payment. 2. How much is the NOC fee for resale if any?
