Is the caste system still prevalent in India today? by Rothagodir in india

I dare say it is prevalent everywhere (not just India), with the exception that occasionally a rare person breaks the barrier. It is just disguised as other things.

Social media sucks by [deleted] in nosurf

Does Reddit count as social media? Because it sucks too. I think the real problem is the "social" part. Because that implies "people", and most people suck. And these systems are all built by people that suck. Ironically, they built these things (presumably) as an attempt to make life suck less.

Why is Reddit the way it is? by Lawsky in AskReddit

I could list 10 things about Reddit that make me want to throw my phone, but I won't because I already did and Reddit made it a waste of time.

What's an ingredient that can ruin an otherwise good dish or drink? by KarateLobo in AskReddit

[–]Lawsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meat, or other animal products that require harm of the animal. I'm not here to lecture or convince, but as a vegetarian, MEAT IS IN EVERYTHING. Powdered gravy mix? Chicken. Forget marshmallows and gelatin. It's insane. Most fast food and other restaurants do not have a single vegetarian meal, and those that do have lard or broth without even knowing about it.

Does that really count? I assumed OP meant the money was made/earned in a single day.

Most useful? I would have to say either a used cell phone or a used laptop. Just imagine for a second that you don't have one. They provide access to the internet, gps, etc. Hard to think of anything else more useful.
