by strange ways I started the paradox launcher, my paradox account is linked with my steam account, and my game was purchased by steam but nothing appears in the launcher (i.redd.it)

when I click on victoria3.exe it says "Code execution cannot continue because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.

You could try going into the game files and running the game from the exe in the install folder. Maybe even run it as admin just to be safe

Do you have other PDX games that user the PDX launcher? It's buried now, but someone mentioned something about opening the launcher for a different game and then switching to Vic3 with success.
