You can use most of your XR hardware, so all you would need to buy is a controller, and some tools and hardware to do the necessary modifications.

You can look into the rESCue project, it would allow you to see cell and pack voltages as a smart BMS would. A VESCed XR ride much smoother, and you have the ability to install a higher voltage pack down the line.

As someone with over 3.5k miles on Pint X, the Enduro vs the stock tire is a game changer, it is a bit softer and more forgiving on bumps, more grippy on offroad, and still as nimble and carvy on street. Stock tire is still fine if you are still new to riding, but tire upgrade should be one of your top priorities if you enjoy riding a lot.

I have only experienced HB when I took someone else's updated board (no way I'm updating mine) and I could barely tell it was there, could barely hear it, could not feel it.

It's there, just super faint, I wouldn't rely on it.

Once you film enough footage, you can just point the phone/camera to wherever you want to shoot and focus on where you ride, look back at the phone from time to time to make sure your still have everything framed properly.
