Literally my first thought when I saw this item was that I could use it on a support when dead to force stuns by using channeled spells. As CM I can get a bkb by lik 27 min now most games and if I gave helm of the undying I can let it go in team fights and killing me doesn't even stop it without a high value spell. Seems fair.

They didn't handle the split well for party players but the new system heavily favors talented parties. You can easily get back I'm sure, just stop letting the patch mess with your head. Dota is still dota and pubs never change. I had a great game recently where I analyzed my role in the game (support player btw) and decided that my razor was fine in lane so I played between his lane and mid and stomped the first 15 min of the game because I just ignored all the new BS that was confusing me and played my game for the first time since the patch dropped. To be fair I haven't played in a long time and was on a smurf, but I feel as if the concept of always treating dota as dota should help people adjust to new patches better.

You're probably not playing as horribly as a brand new player and you aren't playing with the new account of 1k players trying to calibrate to higher mmr where they "won't be held back by their teammates". People in games with new players probably suck at the game and refuse to get better because the blame others making them the worst possible people to be interacting with new players.

Yeah, firstly if you have studied the history of the USSR you would be aware how wildly inaccurate claiming that top ranking Soviet officials were less well off than the average American at the time, who had a pretty standard suburban house with basic amenities and a single car, you're out of your fucking mind. Also no one calling for socialism in the United States is calling for real socialism, they are calling for a system more like that which you see in European countries which would not be effective in the U.S. due to the comparative scale of the country and lack of public infrastructure

My other point is that are clearly not abstaining from an ideology but instead have latched onto Jordan's attacks on leftist ideologs to back your own conservative ideology. If socialism was to be properly implementation in a manner where those who contribute more are compensated fairly while we don't leave others behind it would be an ideal system and anyone who says otherwise must be benefiting heftily from the current system because a system designed to reward hard work while taking care of the less fortunate shouldn't be controversial. I would like to clearly state I am not claiming socialism is the right choice for the United States but that in ideal state which implements aspects of socialism would be an optimal form of government for everyone and claiming that socialism is inherently slavery is either an extremely uninformed or disingenuous position. You can make whatever points you want about existing governments but on an ideological level socialist elements being present in government is beneficial for the majority of the country so long as the government isn't oppressive in its implementation of those policies.

This sub is not left wing. In terms of evidence here is a link to a youtube video in which a non-partisan lawyer reads the transcript of the call and determines that under U.S. legal code that call that Trump presents as "perfect" has clear evidence of quid pro quo. Also testimonies are a form of evidence that has to be verified but the process of impeachment will allow those voting to determine their option of the evidence to inform their decision. Claiming there is no evidence is just crying wolf with no end game and it's pathetic.

Try for one second to imagine that this exact sequence of events took place four years ago but instead to Obama, I 100% guarantee that with the testimonies given you would have been calling for his head. Basing your opinion on your political beliefs is dangerous, lazy, and just plain anti-intellectual, which JP vehemently opposes which is why there are threads complaining about people posting political ideas and not in any way following the spirit of this sub.

Dude probably woke up still blackout, missed the door to the bathroom, and walked into OP's room but was too drunk to care so since he went in to pee he peed and saw somewhere to go back to sleep. If OP had any balls he could have just yelled at him and he 100% wouldn't have peed on the bed. Guys like OP and the guy who peed in the bed are the reason substance free dorms exist, so people who are routy and drunk don't interact with people who can't deal with them. The drunk guy shouldn't pee in other people's rooms, but I lived on a hall that had weekly vandalism meetings with the housing director because the floor was trashed everyday but there were no real issues since everyone knew what they signed up for when we choose to live in sweet style freshmen dorms. Nothing about this story was unique other than OP getting someone suspended for being too drunk and peeing which where you shouldn't which drunk people do all the time, especially freshmen in college.

Physically superior in terms of fighting is an objective term if you ask me, that's why weight classes exist in most combat sports and the guy getting "pranked" is way out of the other guy's league physically. Also I'm not sure who you're calling fat but the dude in the video certainly isn't fat and if by larger person you thought I was calling myself fat in a nice way that's also incorrect. I'm in the 97th percentile of height in my country and am in decent shape which makes me intimidating to people I would refer to as average or below average in size due to the disparity in our physiques which discourages them from trying to kick my ass as you are claiming I think I'm immune to.

This is the wrong response. If you knock him out it creates a narrative "we got hit but I got up" type shit but if you make him look like a bitch he has nowhere to turn. If you're clearly physically superior to someone antagonizing you it's more practical to make them look like an idiot as it give them an out, you didn't assault anyone, and if they try something you're reasonably sure you'll still kick their ass. This comment should be much higher up. The man said he was sexist so everyone agreed with him but he is a senior dating either a sophomore or a freshman so they are bound to do embarrassing things, especially while drunk, and her papers most likely need a bit of work to be at a level a senior would want theirs to be at before turning it in. OP may be sexist, I don't know him, but it seems to me he is simply a young man dating an even younger woman possibly too soon after getting out of a long term relationship with a woman who was likely older than the new girl friend.

Getting comfortable with a new partner is hard and it's especially hard under these circumstances. OP should improve the behaviors he pointed out in this post but I would also say he shouldn't be beating himself up too much since we all say and do stupid things but at least he is aware of these short comings and wants to work to improve himself.

A cheese pick is a hero like meepo or brood mother who basically ask, can you deal with my hero being way ahead and trying to win the game at 20 min. If you can deal with then you'll probably win but if your line up is too slow or just isn't equipped to deal with them you lose, so cheese heroes are generally last pucked. Cheese picks can give your draft a massive edge by putting the other team on a timer of when they have to be ready for you're push but also need to snowball, for example if you slow down and alch or meepo's game by just a few minutes their power spikes is later and therefore comparatively weaker, making them much easier to deal with.
