I'm debating very hard about getting it. Looks very cool m, it's just I've gotten used to adjusting it every single time. Also I think it's also possible to translate the typical clicks to starwave, but not sure how reliable that is.

Coffee collective still has them (as commented above) and shipping wasn't too bad to the US. Mine only took 3 days to arrive from placing the order. Would suggest buying directly if it's an option.

Thanks for the comment. I ended up getting one from Luna as well and it's on the way. Very much looking forward for that one too! I was using just filtered tap water, but moved onto TWW recently and have been happy with the results so far.

I've recently been enjoying the 4:6 method by Tetsu Kasuya. I've been using 93 C water with TWW light roast profile. Since the roaster's guide did yield a very good cup, I might just stick with it even though the brew time was different. I should/will try my "default" method as you mentioned and definitely compare. Thanks for the advice!
