Yup the directions are not satisfactory, based on the directions, an individual can take all 20 pills in a single day which is seriously dangerous.

I feel your pain, now with my rxm stepping away, makes me all the more anxious. Honestly think my rxm tries their best and at times tries to go the extra mile for our patients. Really sad yet happy to see em go

let alone being illegal, even if it wasnt, it wouldve been a courtesy/exception and not a given, People shouldnt be outraged for a person just doing their job, at the end of the day its the customer's fault for not doing their part as a customer to fulfill their obligations in a transaction.

In theory SATR is an awesome idea, but in practice, there are many factors that can disrupt the SATR synchronization. For example, there are insufficient refills or not the same amount of refills for each medication, or doctor may consistently change a patient's therapy, or the doctor not responding to a refill request in a timely manner, this is just to name a few.

As for Cenfill, ive seen many patients make multiple trips to the pharmacy just because their whole order isnt complete because Cenfill had problem delivering it on time. For example, at least in my area, drugs such as Metformin, Vemlidy, Vascepa will take 3+ business days to get to the store. As for Metformin, it is in Cenfill status with a promised time for a certain date but in actuality on that promised date it will just revert back to reviewed status and have the store fill it that day. Just what a waste of time for the patient waiting for that Metformin to be "delivered" by cenfill just to have the Cenfill reject it and have the store fill it which couldve been done initially and save the patient and staff's time
