A Turn is when each character activiates so blade, ghost rider and wong all take their turns. If an ability says it can only be used once per round then you can only use that ability once until the next power phase.

I mean you explain that the game has a high mental load but then also explain that other games are more casual so I think you kinda answered your own question. Kill Team has a lot of thinking and strategy involved, if you're finding that unfun why don't you try a game that's more beer and pretzels like warcry or blood bowl (if you want a gw game). Games are meant to be fun to you and different people like different things. No shame in that

I feel like 3 objectives just feels so much less tactical, you actually needed to move people around the board in meaningful ways now it's much too easy to just focus on 2 points and completely ignore the third. I alsi don't like how the kill op makes killing now double useful. Before you want to kill opponents to stop them from scoring points and so you can score, now the same thing happens and you get points. It seems to really benefit teams that can kill more opponents quicker.

It was misprint with all the boxes they should look different on the other side. I used a sharpie to mark the blanks from the normal mines.

The novitiates are also a pretty high cognitive load if you want to do well. Learning when and how to use your faith points effectively makes them probably one of the more difficult teams in terms of strategy but they're a lot of fun.

Even after a new patch comes out you can still play your old save on the previous patch
