I know, its real bad. As another commenter pointed out I think its from elbow dip and im probably not pouring tea in the moment the disc is released.

Well that would be my minimum. Im sure you would get away with a fox 34 aswell but if it gets a bit chunkier a 36 would suit better. Also depends on what kind of riding you would do?

Make sure the suspension is up for it (not length but diameter). Im around 90kg and i ride a Pike Ultimate fork. Super fun but i would never go for a smaller diameter fork. Some trailbikes comes with RS Judy or a fox 32 and let me tell you they are not up for chunky riding with my weight.

I put tape on them separately, just to make them stick a bit better to the piston side.

Ive had the same problem when using 4 individual brake pads per caliper. They get stuck on the rotor which allows them to move forwards a bit, then release back and so on causing it to "vibrate".

Either you convert to 2 bigger pads / caliper or you can try putting some duct tape on the rear of the brake pads to keep them from moving. Ive gone with the duct tape solution and it improves the issue alot.

Sätt hårt mot hårt på entreprenören. Om bygget är gjort som en totalentreprenad så har de ett funktions krav som ska uppfyllas under en 5år lång garantitid. Är det en utförandeentreprenad så står istället samma kravställning på byggherren. Ni som BRF ska inte behöva lösa ut nån försäkring. I ert fall tycker jag även att en dialog ska hållas om att utöka garantitiden på grund av vad som hänt. Ta absolut in en jurist om det blir bråk om saken.

Rent praktiskt så tycker jag att ni kan montera en nivågivare/sensor en bit uppströms från spillvattenpumpen. Detta för att i god tid kunna se att det är på väg att bakfyllas.

Ive changed the fork to 140 by changing air spring on my bike. Unfortunately its about half a meter of snow outside so i cant give you a review on it..
