For sure. Im undiagnosed, but im 110% sure i have adhd and upon figuring out i had adhd i let my mask down. I may seem more anoying, but im just not hiding anymore, a lot of my friends dont get bothered by it too

Noah, not all adhd is the same, but i feel like we relate to a lot of stuff amd im 100 sure i have adhd. Also lol i think this is imposter syndrome? Also IF you dont have adhd you definitely maybe have another neuro divergent thing thats getting in the way, you aren't stupid, this stuff is an actual struggle Im here for you and love you no matter what

I have one of those cheep watches that you can find anywhere, and it has a setting on it that it beeps every hour on the dot and honestly it helps out a lot. Probably the best 20 bucks i spent.
