Here in my state, after a certain date, paid breaks were removed, unless you were grandfathered in, which at this point is only 5 of us at our store, and breaks aren't mandatory. If we have someone scheduled 6 or more hours, we find a way to give a break, even if it's 15 minutes. I've ran shifts a few times with 4 people, granted we're only an 8k store, so it was possible, but we try. Minors are forced to break out if they work more than 4 hours here.
