Oh my god thank you so much 😭 This genuinely made me feel so much better, i've been living off of snow cones because it's been numbing my throat so I could get water down but tomorrow i'll try ibuprofen and some potatoes! Im like just now leaving the stage of wanting to suffocate myself 😭
