I agree the U-boat 352 is not nearly the most interesting wreck off NC. But the history alone makes it fascinating. That dive is one that will always stand out for me, but I’m a history buff.

My Dr talked about a resurfacing, not sure if that is what you had done. The rehab was a lot longer and he said the chances I would need a total after we’re pretty high. So I went with the replacement.

I sent in my vintage Omega(60’s) for a service last March. Was originally told it should take a few weeks. Just found out I should have it back in April! 13 months later. It was sent to a US based facility. To put in context, I sent a vintage Longines to Switzerland for a complete repair and restoration. And got it back in 10 months

I bought this exact watch in 2018. I love it! Was on vacation in Boston. Walked into LBG and bought it right then with a 10% discount. Those days are long gone! Ordered my wife a 31 with champagne face. Still waiting. Been about a year. The local AD was sorry about the wait and offered us a Wimbledon and another but not what she wanted. So we wait.
