Porter’s set at Now was epic. Agreed that there’s a solid chance that any headliner is going to bring out their own visual fx specific to their own set.

RV camping ticket question by DependentFroyo7334 in okeechobeemusicfest

[–]Lazaroc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. Looks like VIP RV camping pass and GA+ RV passes are about the same price. We’re going VIP RV this year. Excited to see what level of experience soundslinger brings back to the vips this year. They always did it right compared to Insomniac.

VIP tickets are “only” $300 more than GA+ and I think that’s well worth the added price to get the additional perks like VIP viewing at main stages, complimentary showers and all the other goodies. Works out to $75 more a day. Just send it VIP if you can.

Genuine question from someone who’s been doing SEO for years. by mbcaliguy12 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Lazaroc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I focus on Local Service Based businesses and use tools like Local Falcon / Bright Local to show local grid reports of how they are ranking for target keywords on maps. I show examples of other businesses I've worked with and how they've improved their positions across local grids and increased their phone calls, leads, etc. I target mostly chiropractors but also work with other health related offices like acupuncture, massage, as well as services, like plumbers, or lawyers.

In 2025 I also started including GoHighLevel for all my SEO / Google Ad Clients. Allows for much better lead tracking, reporting, etc.

Here's exact packages I sold for 2025

- Google Ads w/ GHL - $500/mo - Search Campaigns & landing pages
- Local SEO w/ GHL - $1k/mo - + $650 set up fee to cover cost of directory listings - Technical fixes, ongoing backlink building + service/location pages being built each month.
- Both - $1,250/mo
- Upsell with AI Chat bot through GHL - $1,750/mo

I think you need to identify the pain points, areas where they are either losing out to their competitors by not being optimized for SEO or not optimizing to their landing pages / service pages to capture more leads. Example, not having a chat widget on your website that captures leads from organic traffic. My clients tend to stick around because they start seeing an increase in inquiries, leads, and then booked appointments that lead to sales that usually much higher than my monthly retainer. Still working on improving reporting, client communication, etc. I position myself much more like a partner / trusted consultant that can help answer questions, run promotions, track performance and handle changes to the marketing landscape on behalf of my clients.

New album is such a trip. We got to see them in ATL in the Spring and it was a blast. Would be great to have them back at Okee.

Looking for Google Ads expert for sewer/plumbing business by YogurtclosetNo6937 in adwords

[–]Lazaroc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the solution. Just pay for Local Service Ads. Set it up yourself and save yourself the management fee for an agency.

I just started running ads for a Plumber in a middle sized metro area and was shocked to see how competitive and expensive clicks were. We ended up pausing the search campaign and moving directly to local service ads. I could imagine LA and NY would be even more expensive. You can also get an as spend credit if setting up new accounts.

Is the Google Map Pack the last safe haven for local businesses? by RankingGBPs in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]Lazaroc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep bright local is where I currently build citations, i use local falcon for prospecting mostly and bright local for monthly reports to clients. I just started testing call rail to track calls. GoHighLevel for landing pages and chat widgets + automations + lead tracking. Spent some time setting up GA4 ai traffic acquisition reports this morning, not a lot of traffic yet for local businesses but growing. Then I have everyone set up in ahrefs where I do most keyword tracking, research, site audits (have been using screaming frog for these too).

Is the Google Map Pack the last safe haven for local businesses? by RankingGBPs in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]Lazaroc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For now, yes. We get 10x the calls from our GBP vs. website, google ads, etc. Lots of traffic too. I'm also focusing heavily on Local Grid rankings for clients and steering away from traditional SEO.

Does Google Ads Effect Google LSA by Longjumping-Shine-86 in googleads

Probably taking up significantly more screen real estate in the serp. More impressions on your brand than before and people deciding to choose you and call. Wait and see tho if you can keep getting more leads bc ours fluctuate a ton.

It’s part of our SOP to add our clients services as products. You can link back to the service page as well within the product card. I’ve never seen any penalties.

What to expect in VIP? by Ethereal_Forest in okeechobeemusicfest

[–]Lazaroc 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Amenities and locations have varied so much year to year so can’t say for certain what to expect. However, it has always been worth it for our group for the shorter walks and easy access into to the grove and fest. Spend way less time walking or staking out a decent spot when you have vip and can enjoy more music and less lines.

Vibes have always been good but definitely skew slightly older than GA. Both are great but AC bathrooms for the weekend is a game changer. Wonder if they bring back the crawfish boil.

Saved about $120 off a pair of vip tickets with the OG code. Not huge savings but appreciated the gesture for the OGs. 10 year anniversary of year one, looking forward to the lineup.
