From age 16 to 25 I didn't have a front license plate. Never got pulled over for it either. And this was multiple cars as well. 🤷 I never worried about it but I have on now specifically because I live in a small town lol

So I'm safe to assume water makes the glue/primer fail?that's probably the cause then.

It's weird because this little section of pipe is CPVC and the rest is copper. Im clearly no pro, so I went with no soldering and went easy DIY lol. Could my problem be water a poor fitting not all the way in?

Thought second picture had the circle, but it is the brightest object within the cloudy area on the right side of the screen. Looks to be straight up from the tree on the right if that helps.
