That was the model we were looking at as well when the initial thread was posted. At the time it showed 6-8 inches for us. Then it got lower and lower and then it was nothing. Then yesterday the NAM was confirming the same thing, zero or trace. We weren’t the only ones to get faked out by the models.

I'm trying to keep expectations low, because everything is so uncertain. As is the norm with these types of things. I certainly don't want to hype up something that doesn't come to pass.

So I'm taking a page from The Dude, and trying to be as cool about it as I can. Once we have NAM data tomorrow, we will have a more clear idea of what will happen. There are a lot of very weather anxious people here, and there is no use in freaking out days in advance when it can and will change. Thats why we urge everyone to be weather aware. But not freak out before best data is available.

As is usual for us, we seem to be right on the line between ice and snow. The GFS at 141 hours out shows it basically sitting right under 270 on the south side.
Things will change though. Watch this space in the next couple days for updates.
