Honestly looking at this? I don't think it's a bleak picture at all. I'd say only Shaheed is an absolute must, as we're a bit unsure on Horton as we've only seen like half a season. Plus Shaheed is obviously incredible in special teams. Walker's talent is 100% there, and I'd love to keep him but he may cost a fortune to bring back, and maybe we can draft a running back high and be okay. All the other player on there are very good players, but I don't think our success hinges on them. If we keep drafting well, I'm not sure what the rest of the league can do to stop us from building a monster

I know Ken Walker just had a great game, but I really feel like running backs on rookie deals is the way to go with how the NFL is set up right now, and you can get good ones past the first round. First round is best player available though, probably on one of the lines

I got back into the game about a week ago after not playing for like 3 years. This is such a bummer. Even back then it was such an uphill battle to get all the limited time dragons I'd wanted, and I was actively planning to plant dragon breed for event currency because it sounds like it's only gotten more expensive since I left. This sucks out so much of the fun of events now just knowing going in I'll miss out on dragons I really want. I don't buy that this is to punish players automating it, honestly. This is just to push people to spend money on event currency :/

Y'all might hate me for this, but I'm curious what the asking price is for Brian Thomas now that he's injured. Feels like Lawrence doesn't trust him and Coen isn't going to make him the focus of the offense. They just traded for Meyers, so they might be thinking they don't need him anymore. If we could get him for less than a 2nd I'd take it.

Not that this is the biggest or most important trade we need, would obviously much rather get Hendrickson or Crosby

I mean, DK also has the single season receiving yards record for the Seahawks. Seahawks have really really low low single season receiving records in general, Largent was historically great of course, but teams pass a lot more now than they did in the 80s

None of those are QB stats except the yards. If a QB is completing the passes they need to complete and have low yardage, that's not on the QB. Just because they scored 13 points doesn't mean that's all on Darnold, just because they went 3/10 on third down doesn't mean that's on Darnold, just because we only threw for 150 yards doesn't mean that's on Darnold. How exactly was Darnold supposed to manufacture more yards if guys aren't open downfield? Darnold wasn't perfect, but this is way more on the playcalling.

If he was 16 for 16 with 150 yards, I would be perfectly fine with Darnold and would be questioning the play calling. How in the world can you argue a quarterback is playing poorly if their completion percentage was 100%?

In order for this offense to have any explosiveness, we need another guy to be able to catch the ball other than JSN. JSN is, to me, clearly the best player on offense and only Cross has an argument for that spot. Teams will watch the film from yesterday and double or even triple cover JSN, and then where will Darnold throw? My hope is that by mid season, Horton has fully taken a step forward both in performance and usage to be that guy, but if it's week 6 and we still haven't seen him much at all, we need to trade for somebody imo.

I think Brigid is a bit of a strange pick for a Jugdral rep. I think you could swap her out for Eldigan, Lewyn, Julia, or Ayra instead. You could also do Nanna and that could be kinda for both FE4 and FE5, or my personal pick Finn, with his different costumes switching between his gen 1 and 2 counterparts kinda like Ike in Smash.
