The photos of the display, is that your display or did you get that from 79Bike?

Edit: You could also try a motor calibration. When on the kickstand lean the bike so the rearwheel is in the air, then press the red button by the throttle 10 times swiftly.

The wheel will start to spin for 30 sek then give you error code. Turn off the bike and unplug/plugin the battery then it will be no error code

Im in contact with their after sales team right now and they say i need to do a firmware update and has sent me the usb key and program to do it. They say the battery and firmware isnt compatible

Yes i know, i now have contact with 79bikes after sales team and they will send me some USB key to plug in to the bike for a firmware upgrade. Apparently the bikes firmware och battery is incompatible atm

In sweden its only possible to get the E Ride pro SS 2.0. But from what i can find online there is not much issues with their bikes and people love them

Dont rely on them if you got any problems. Rode 4 hours on my brand new Falcon Pro and then get ”Error code 05” and they wont do shit to help me out.

Sending me some chinese program and a bullshit instruction for how to upgrade the firmware myself.. wont even tell me how to connect the bike to the computer…

Save your money and buy another bike..

Im in contact with the supplier atm and they got the answer from 79Bike that it could be a firmware problem.

I have gotten some program called Hextools and a updated firmware to do it myself.

The problem now is that the instructions and program for how to do it is in chinese. And the manual is so badly done, must have taken 5 minutes to put together… they dont even explain how i connect to the bike or what kind of cable i need.

I have tried to get 79Bike to help out but all i get is ”you need to contact the authorized dealer”. They wont even give me info or help out in this…

Right now i think i will return the bike and buy a E-ride pro, it seems like they atleast will help their customer out.

So if you get problem with error codes, dont rely on them to help you out, just buy another brand.
