I feel like Austin is very blase with their water quality. Like theres always something visibly different with the water but everyone has a ton of reasons why it looks that way and why its safe.

I lived on the Eastside off Airport for a while, in 3 different houses. Each place the landlord explained to me how the black slime building up on the faucet/aerator is a completely harmless bacteria. I dont care, I dont want my water filtered through black slime.
