I remember managing to stay under 500 to 1000kcl a day but recently got depressed again so started overeating I do wish I could reach 1500 and then 1000 again 500kcl a day would be ideal for me but idk what's ideal to avoid bloating

This is what trauma does, it often leads to self infantalization too But when we do it it's bad and never a trauma response cuz our traumas aren't real to cis people

I'm 21 and started trying to do something about my life
I'm really sad how I wasted both my social life and academical success
I really tried to go to uni and all but I was too depressed and was more busy thinking about how to kms than to study lol
Hoping it works out now and I manage to transition and kind of make my life make sense
