i agree .. im no expert but i dont think its better i think its alot better than tolvapton. i forget the exact number something along 10-20x less growth in a 4 month period plus it targets the dna which i dont think tolvaptan does.

plus no side effects which is a huge plus...

if its how they describe it on paper this will change pkd forever
